Welcome to Sequoia Counseling and Therapy Services, is a group private practice organization, providing state of the art Counseling and Therapy for the counties of San Mateo, Alameda, San Francisco, and parts of the South Bay including Santa Clara, since 1984. 

 

Sequoia Counseling and Therapy Services offers professionial assistance to individuals, couples, and families including teenagers and children. Counseling and Therapy services include treatment for eating disorders, co-dependency, sexual issues, ADHD, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, trauma, spiritual counseling, therapy for anger management, divorce recovery, and marital problems. Our services also provide therapy groups for men and women, as well as specialty groups for co-dependency, and childhood abuse.

 

Specialized therapy modalities include "Heart Centered" Hypnotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Guided Imagery, Reiki Therapy, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy.
